"I LOVED this course. I found this to be a very beneficial and well structured course. After 8 weeks, I can feel a difference in my stress and anxiety levels compared to when I started the course. It was good for me to follow a course with weekly activities rather than read a self help book as it helped me to stick at it. I found it much easier to do the microhits and am now making this a part of my daily mindfulness exercises. I am feeling much better and I look forward to drawing on these exercises I learned from Lisa when I need them.

I enjoyed this course tremendously! As my first time, I didn't know what to expect but Lisa did a great job to make you feel comfortable as she welcomed us. She did a great job making you understand the course each night. I totally enjoyed it. I have gained a lot by learning to relax more and to get rid of stress by doing a few techniques and especially yoga!
